A light laugh as Monopoly (yes, the bloody board game) rids the town of murderous gangsters! So yeah, one of those silly filler movies where the only ones more stupid then the gangsters are the ones following them. Fred Stone as the guy on their trail makes the mafia hitman Guinn 'George Bush Jr.' Williams look like a genius, which is quite a feat! A easy digestible non-important film where they try and make a gangster film funny and don't really hit a homerun with it.
