Entertaining film with funny dialogs by Michel Audiard. In a sense, it's a funny version of The Wages of Fear. Ventura and Blier completely crush Belmondo in scenes they share together.

It had been a few years since "Wages of Fear" so the French decided it was time to make another truckers-as-action-heroes film. Enter Michel Audiard, a writer who makes every genre into comedy. My darlings Ventura and Blier had appeared in his previous effort, Lautner's "Mr. Gangster", and here they are again, dwarfing Belmondo with their talents. There is action in "Greed in the Sun", but it's mostly light, mild comedy with grayish characters and a nice whiff of Southern Morocco.
