Guru

Raghuraman (Mohanlal), who loses his family in a politically instigated Hindu-Muslim riot, takes refuge in an ashram, consumed with the idea of vengeance. On the verge of taking revenge, he is shown the error of his ways by a disciple of the ashram, in the form of a vision Raghuraman has. In his vision, he is in a land occupied by blind people. Raghuraman tries to give them the gift of eyesight, but suffers in the process. When he awakens, Raghuraman realizes how the vision related to reality. (Summary by iceblox)
