A small-town druggist is henpecked by his social-climbing wife to sell his pharmacy to a national chain. Will Rogers in a calm war with his snobbish wife, handling things the Will Rogers way. If you're familiar with his style of folksy comedy, you get that exact formula here. Won't say its among his best, but Handy Andy (1935) is certainly very serviceable if you enjoy his sense of humor. Historically, the most significant thing about this film is giving Robert Taylor his screen debut. It's really a nothing role, and he barely gets any camera time, most of it is from the side.
