Dozens of awesome cameos (especially NPH), and tons of hilarious scenes which actually de-construct the very stereotypes you'd think you'd see in a movie like this. Great midnight movie!

Fun stoner comedy distinguishes itself by maintaining a propulsive momentum almost to the end, rather than lingering in the cloud like lesser genre entries; it doesn't hurt that Penn and Cho are a lovable pair, making their cringeworthy antics amusing rather than annoying. A terrific supporting cast hit every gag out of the park, with the Battleshit girls, Reynolds and a grotesquely vile Meloni standing out; if Harris' much-ballyhooed cameo is a little one-note, he still acquits himself nicely.

Even stoned this would be rough. It's super aged and things that may have pushed the limits then just don't have the same punch in 2019. It's not creative, not well-done, just kinda boring and random. Anthony Andersen is somehow funny in this?! It has a good joke or two but meh.
