Wonderful and wonderfully scuzzy Cinema Verite-styled documentary on the more obscure outlaws of country in the 70's. Most of these guys are gone in some way or another now. Coe and Daniels slipped into self parody, the late great Townes van Zandt has been gone for twenty years now and Clark and Young both died in the great musicians plague of 2016. Luckily we still have Steve Earle.
