Heleno

Heleno is a film with a giant heart, and this is easily noticed by Fonseca's effort to recriate the legend with less facts than feelings: he was a man of classy moves, but a hard-to-break personality, and little do the fans know about his life. He did what he wanted, the way he wanted. His only true passion was the field. And he lived as if he could die playing for Botafogo. The 1940s football scenes are impressive. But the movie is a correct, well-crafted, kind-of-Raging bull sports drama.
