Frank Capra teaching us how war hungry the German's have been for their last three emperors, which led up to the gruesome climax that was World War II. This was a usual theme for documentaries as the war ended. Warning us not to be fooled again by the German's once more as they've been brainwashed into believing they're world rulers for generations by their authority figures. Historically interesting.
