His Lordship

One of Michael Powell's early films when he was learning his craft on tight budgets, and His Lordship (1932) is a bit of a romp and a fun one at that, overcoming a lot of his limitations with a playful production. The way he uses music for it's screwy characters and generally plays the silly scenario for what it's worth. Not an overly polished film, but I think he made the most it, making it a one of the more entertaining quota quickies I've had the pleasure of seeing.
