Hollidaysburg

Obviously the only reason anyone would watch this is if they've seen The Chair (which is a sort of more conceptually intriguing spin-off of Project Greenlight). From the show, i would have expected this to be an overly earnest sapfest, which it only sort of is. Which is not to say that it's any good, but it's at least more of a comedy than i expected. I think it's aiming for an Alexander Payne vibe but the ineptness lends it a weirdly alien feel, like a simulacrum of 'teen movie'.
