Kid's style murder investigation as a group of local children decide to assist the police track down a killer loose in their neighborhood. Might feel a little light as it's clearly aimed at a younger audience, but if you go with the nonsense Home, Sweet Homicide (1946) becomes a good time. The kids bring the energy, but it's the detectives Randolph Scott & James Gleason reactions to the "help" they get that's the fun part. This film also marks Scott's final non-western role.
