Peter Weir's first short film was made under the auspices of the Australian government's newly formed Experimental Film and Television Fund, and it showcases a lot of what would be recurring themes in his early films ... most notably, black comedy which gradually transitions into outright horror. Not only does Weir himself appear briefly on screen, but so does Philip Noyce.
