A viking raiding party in Ireland kills a family leaving only a young boy as a survivor. 20 years later he hunts them down in Iceland and visits gruesome revenge on them all. It's kinda a mix of Conan and Yojimbo...the Irish guy quite cunningly turns the final two targets (who are both now powerful warlords) against each other. Plenty of blood, but no big swordfights. Most of the action involved bows and throwing knives. Very cool and authentic, everything looks cold and wet and filthy.
