Dramatic action movie that really wasn't too bad, if only to pass the time. Gary Oldman was pointless. Common was not believable as an admiral. Butler was Jean-Luc Picard in a sub. That XO needs to STFU. The plot was stupid but the action was cool. Murica! Fav scene: Russian bodyguard kicking ass.

A satisfying action thriller despite not being very credible. World peace hangs on the actions of a few men on both sides cooperating with each other and disobeying orders. The action is often as intense as the music. It was exciting and fast paced. Good acting and storytelling. I enjoyed it but had to accept several absurdities. Well worth watching.
