I Am Kalam

Pleasantly surprised that a film such as this which lacks the usual bollywood masala of hero power, romance etc got made in India. Its a pleasure to watch the protagonist on screen - he does ample justice to his character- probably the best. Although the film meanders a bit it does get its message successfully through at the end. In a country such as India, the well-to-dos often write off the rest citing destiny. This film questions it and is bound to remain in minds of the conscientious few.
