I Can See You

I allow films 30 minutes to grab my attention. If they can't do it in 30 minutes then it's either a good film that's just not to my taste or it's a bad film that doesn't understand how to grab someone's attention. This is a bad film

Nice editing and excellent sound design, with some EXTREMELY effective moments. It's clear that this was filmed on a shoestring, but the filmmakers work within their limits admirably. Ultimately it's brought down by some spotty-to-really-bad acting, and one scene that I'm guessing was supposed to be a tribute to the Locomotion scene in Inland Empire but comes off kind of dumb. Worth a watch.
