There's no denying that Heckerling has a way with witty, naturalistic dialogue, but that's not enough to maintain a feature film length.

The film follows overly the clichés of the genre, could be better. Worth it, if you not be very demanding. And some moments of Paul Rudd.

I like Paul Rudd. But this movie kinda sucks.

paul rudd is hilarious

This is a great heart warming film, and is the definitive romance comedy of cougars!

This film might be considered more a comedy with a romantic twist, as the "main" romance plot seems to fizzle out towards the end, leaving the film seem a little rickety in the plot department. However, there are a plethora of familiar faces on the cast list and I've never seen Paul Rudd in a funnier performance. Why he doesn't play more roles like this is beyond me.

The dialogue has that witty feeling to the writing without actually being funny - fast talking and inappropriate may seem witty but it's just not haha funny.

(Not so) surprisingly, Amy Heckerling used to be the director of the masterpiece "Clueless" somewhere in the ninties.
