I.R.A.: King of Nothing

Although I may be an ignorant American, with little knowledge about the "Troubles" and the history of Northern Ireland, I'm knowledgeable enough to know a bad movie when I see one, and something about this starring, directed, and co-written by Damian Chapa mess tells me it isn't good. However for a movie starring Joe Estevez as an old Irishman, the film is sadly never really good-bad. Instead the movie is just generically boring-bad, and yet while basically terrible, I strangely never hated it.
