PirateBay.

Charming Bunuel from the Mexican period.

A couple of streetcar employees take their vehicle out for a drunken joyride, and end up with a big problem. It's a series of misadventures a lot like Mexican Bus Ride (another Bunuel from the same period) but more comedic. Besides some light social commentary on poverty and bureaucracy, there's not a whole lot to it, but at least it's entertaining fare.

There's a kind of likeability here, as the main characters muddle their way through problems partly of their own making, but the humour is pretty tepid. As films with the word "streetcar" in the title go, this is definitely aiming for second place at best.
