Intent to Kill

Surprisingly entertaining early 90's PM Entertainment action B-movie starring Tracy Lords. Although the film was rated NC-17, supposedly due to extreme violence and not sex, maybe it was the particular version I saw, or just my child-of-the-internet sensibilities, but nothing seemed to be too particularly graphic to me. Despite the low-rent acting, the movie manages to be engaging enough throughout by using the company rule of somebody must be shooting, chasing, or fighting every seven minutes.
