Into the Blue

Paul Walker is himself in this as always, which is appalling. Alba gets 7% for the entire film, prompting me to see more of her movies to see if she ever gets naked.

All i have to say is Alba you are beautiful.

Terrible but it does deliver on leering over Jessica Alba in a bikini a lot. I guess that's all anyone needs to know about it.

I was shocked to see this film did not admit that it is a remake of "The Deep" or at least that the makers of "The Deep" didn't sue "Into the Blue". I would have. That being said, I really enjoyed this film and "The Deep". So if you liked "The Deep" watch this; if you didn't, don't. Over all I'd say it's an above average ocean/shark film. I liked it better than "Jaws" by a long shot and a little less than "Deep Blue Sea".

A tropical action-adventure that turned out to be better than expected, even with Paul Walker playing himself again.

An extremely generic adventure thriller that is periodically mildly entertaining but mostly boring. It seems like mostly a vehicle to give viewers an excuse to ogle Jessica Alba for a couple of hours, and in that regard it succeeds, but it's not nearly enough to make it an actually good movie. Some of the underwater shots are also nice.

The Avatar franchise has really gone down to the depths with this "The Way of Water” entry. I didn’t expect much but I did expect more. Sure, the water photography is decent, when the salivating pervert behind the lens turns away from Alba’s bum, but if the last script was written by AI, this one was written by a flatulating ass. Paul Walker is certainly a more charismatic lead than Sam Worthington, but that’s all this sequel has going for it. Yikes.

This movie is so fuckin 2005.

Well made movie even with it's not so new story. The cinematography is really good with some visually stunning views and good underwater camera filming. The actors of the film are all looking quite fine, with some very memorable scenes of Alba especially the ones in the water.

Alba in a bikini, the sun, blue water, and the underwater photography are reason enough for this to exist.

Paul Walker and Jessica Alba heat up the screen as two young divers who dream of finding hidden treasure. When they take some friends (Scott Caan and Ashley Scott) on an extreme sport adventure, the last thing they expect to see below the shark-infested waters is a legendary pirate ship rumored to contain millions of dollars in gold, as a ruthless gang of deadly criminals gets word of what they have uncovered. The discovery of a lifetime could just cost the treasure hunters their lives.

Movie sucked ass but man was Jessica Alba SMOKING hawt

Mediocre remake aimed at aficionados of power boats, undersea diving and the human body, but generally inoffensive and not really any worse than thousands of other movies, despite Criticker predicting my score would be zero. The reasons why this or that particular film attracts near universal critical or popular condemnation seem often as mysterious as the reasons other movies receive undeserved praise: in both cases it is probably something to do with the dynamics of herd behaviour.

Into the Blue isn't a great film by any stretch, but if all you want to do is look at eye-pleasing movie stars in bikinis and shorts for a couple of hours, you won't be disappointed. The plot is slightly complex, although most of the complexity seems to be made up on the spot where problems arise seemingly out of nowhere. The characters are also weak, but the shots underwater -- and some of them above it -- still make it a somewhat enjoyable time.

With a cast like that you would expect a lot more from this film. Turns out to be a damp squib underwater treasure hunt. I can't pin-point where exactly the movie lacks (watched it when it was released) but at that time it was one of the most boring flicks I had watched...

(With apologies to Liam Lynch) Whatever. I was flipping channels and came across this half arsed diving film and I was like, Whatever. And I saw Paul Walker and he was like "abs abs duuhhhh" and I was like, Whatever. Then I saw Jessica Alba and I was like "Phwoar" and her film career has been like, Whatever. Coz this is another another dumb-ass film of WHATEVA. And this is yet another retarded film of WHHAAATTTTTEEEVVVVVAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR. Whatever.

Sexy, but that's it.

This movie was "The Deep" (1977) but worse even less sexy, don't watch it till after you've run out of other movies unless you have a Jessica Alba fetish (like an unreasonable fetish like a not even for her naked kind of fetish).

Why?

Sure, they're all attractive, but Scott Caan's annoyingness (for lack of a better word) was only funny in Oceans 11. Alba, hot, but about as effective as she was in Fantastic Four. And Paul Walker ... stick with cars. Still, worth for a gander.

This movie was very good but it was mostly just trying to show off the characters' seemingly hot bodies.

Great chemistry with Walker and Alba. Story kept me interested. Love story not too overwhelming.

Jessica Alba was the only good part of this movie.

I'm a sucker for Jessica Alba in a bikini, what can I say. I'm also into diving, so the underwater scenes were a plus to me. The action is decent, the acting is rather mediocre, but overall it's a good relaxing watch.
