Extremely entertaining, thanks to lively writing and an abundance of cameos by some of the most interesting, charismatic actors in the business--a beautiful sketch of the strength of longtime friendships. Kudos to Eric Roberts for taking this on, but because of his persona and the character as written, he is not the least bit believable as a gay man, much less one in the final stages of AIDS. For various reasons, this is less of a problem with Gregory Harrison. Simultaneously fun and touching.
