A clever comedy with the dry radio personality Fred Allen in the lead and a TON of guests appearing. Almost like a sketch show, with a story fitting surprisingly well within the inheritance nonsense going on. Perhaps rooted too much in the times it was made to appeal to the greater masses today, but if you have knowledge of the personalities taking part in this effort, getting the in-jokes and connections between them, It's in the Bag! (1945) is close to a superb comedy.
