Jack and the Beanstalk

I wasn’t expecting much with this interpretation of Jack and the Beanstalk, yet it still disappoints with an annoying lack of charm. Despite the impressive cast of cameos, none of the jokes land due to terrible writing and direction. The 90 minute runtime feels so much longer. And there is such a thing as too much Gilbert Gottfried.

An easy paycheque for some of the bigger names involved no doubt, but defiantly one I doubt they put down on their CV! This is proper shit, and bizarrely the giant is only about as tall as a guy who is slightly above average height wearing a "giant" suit.
