I really dug this. I mean, it goes exactly as it says, but Landis crafted a creepy movie about a villain who isn't so typical; she's a sweet, pretty girl who comes across as merely eccentric, but then she is doing this thing (making a bomb to set off in a popular area to make people appreciate life) which is straight up Jigsaw evil. There's no maniacal laughter, just her, though her smile at the end is gleeful and terrifying, but not over the top.
