Jingle All the Way 2

A direct quote from one of my friends when informed I was watching Jingle All the Way 2: "If I didn't know better I'd say you were going crazy." After watching Larry the Cable Guy ride a mechanical bull with his ass covered in glue, I'm not so sure anymore.

I only watched this crap because of the We Hate Movies podcast and I was convinced it would be hilariously terrible. God this is so boring

A much more sinister storyline than the first instalment and all up a more sincere film. But still mostly terrible.

(Rewatch: a lot more low budget and TV-movie-like than first watch) I liked the nontypical "evil stepdad" and how they ended up working together. Otherwise this was a solid albeit underwhelming family movie with a very predictable plot including the misread letter. Fav scene: getting tricked by the kid claiming his dad was in jail.

It would have been great if Larry and Claude kissed.

Who asked for this? Who keeps putting larry the cable guy in sequels to already horrible movies?
