unfortunate that Stardust Crusaders is and always will be the most popular JoJo installment despite being the least interesting (Battle Tendency and Steel Ball Run forever, piss off noobs) but this OVA is fine for what it is, even if the preludes to the Dio fight don't really do an adequate job truncating the earlier pieces of the manga
