Very pretty picture, especially on a minuscule budget (although the special effects got pretty lame toward the end). Of course the plot makes no sense at all, but then they never do, so why worry about it? Yet another appearance for Agar the Horrible (just how many of these things did he end up doing anyway?). Btw if this crew is the best humanity has to offer, then I guess we're screwed (the 3 Stooges could've put up a better fight).

very interesting concept with hilariously bad effects; good for its time though (the one eyed stop motion rat monster!!)

It was very nice of the evil space mind to declare its intentions early on so we wouldn't have to think about the film at all.

This has Ove Sprogøe dubbed to English with an Irish accent. You don't need any other reason to watch this, but let me still add that this is to Danish sci-fi what Reptilicus is to Danish monster movies.

It managed pretty well with what was clearly a small budget; I especially liked the way they chose to animate the brain when it moved. This movie would have worked even better if they had used more ridiculous changing incongruous imagery and effects. Also, I imagine it taking place in the same universe as the Atomic Submarine

Legitimately good B sci-fi picture that makes a great use of its limited budget with some interesting philosophical concepts
