When Emilio Estevez is the resident tough guy in your gang, it might be time to reassess your management hierarchy.

An above average suspense/action film. The lead protagonists are OK (Estevez, Gooding), but Denis Leary and Jeremy Piven capture the scenes they are in.

This is the really dark source material for the Robin Williams comedy RV.

This tense thriller has a terrific setup, and the B-name cast works very well. Leary chews a lot of scenery. If it hadn't run out of steam (and stretched believability a bit too far a few times), this would have been a legitimately great movie. If not exactly that, it's nevertheless underrated and overlooked. A nice surprise.

A decent movie all around. It's chock full of B listers, and is just some fun suspense. Denis Leary plays an excellent (and fitting) villain.

While inferior to Trespass, of which it is quite obviously comparable, and a film of its time, JN is surprisingly stylish with a few genuinely tense moments, likeable performances, and an effective turn by Leary as the villain, before he ran his shtick into the ground.

Just an OK urban action flick but it has such a kick ass soundtrack that the movie seems better than it is.

Silly film made more likable by the cast.

This movie is a 38, but scores 10 points for the soundtrack, which was the precursor to rap-metal fusion and yet surpasses so much of what has come since. Oh, the movie is a fun little B-movie romp, too.

Emilio fucking Estervez (whatever happened to this guy?), Cuba Gooding Jr. and Stephen Dorff - nuff said.

Starts out really well with some tense scenes and some original twists and turns along the way. The acting could be better, and the last half hour fails to deliver a satisfying conclusion, but you really want the guys to get through and that's probably the most important thing.

This is kind of a bizarre B movie and it takes way too long to get started, but I enjoy it anyway. A few of the actors here do a lot with what they've got, and I especially enjoy Denis Leary and his henchmen, Peter Greene and (MC) Everlast. Excellent soundtrack.

Now if this was a review for the soundtrack, then the score would be 1000000000000 out of 100 because holy shitcakes Batman. I mean, MOTHERFUCKING SLAYER AND MOTHERFUCKING ICE T ARE COVERING THE MOTHERFUCKING EXPLOITED. JESUS H CHRIST AND THAT'S ONLY ONE SONG.

It could have been made in the 2000s: it is packed with nonsense action none of which really works, and is not even remotely believable.

With a pack of man-children in prime early 90s stardom, Hopkins gives forth a pretty solid thriller. None of the characters are particularly interesting, but this director has a knack for ignoring the little things and making some tense scenes. I miss Dennis Leary as a heavy.

It could be better if the killers were smarter and had stronger motivation.

This film has a good ensemble cast. Unfortunately the script lets the cast down . There are a number of moments in this movie that the characters act in very unrealistic ways. The best part of the film is the soundtrack. Overall this movie is disappointing.
