Kamen Raidâ × Supâ Sentai Chô Supâ Hîrô Taisen

This has the basic plot of a two-part episode of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, stretched out to feature length by colorful nonsense. And some of the colorful nonsense is fun (Momotaros pops up in so many of these crossover movies and he's always a delight), but some of it just feels empty. Bonus points for using one (1) Kyuranger in a thematically meaningful role; minus points for not even trying to utilize Kyuranger's thoughtful worldbuilding. Ex-Aid's a good show, but yeah, this could have been more.
