1) Surekli olarak "biz cok entellektueliz tamam mi?" havasi var. 2) sinema icin ilginc sayilabilecek bir hikaye yok ortada. 3) yine de siyah/beyaz felaketine bakarak cekilebilir bi film, suresi bu denli sorunlu olmasaydi...

yahu adamın annesi yalıda oturuyo, çocuğa ingiltereden plaklar getirtiyo. adamın keyfi gayet yerinde aslında. ama yok "kaybediyoruz biz abi" hadi lan bırak bi de biz kaybedelim.

9 temmuz 2011 & bir doneme ayna tutarken, sinematik anlamda ozgun hic bir sey ortaya koymayarak, karakterlerin ve donemin ozgunlugunu yansitmayi basaramiyor. klasik anlatim kaliplari ile orta duzey bir is cikmis. tolga ornek, daha cesur islere el atmali.

A lot more mainstream than I expected this to be - and than a movie about these people should be.

Good acting, good soundtrack and a perfect chemistry between the leading actors, Isler and Ozsener makes this true story adaptation a more than interesting watch. Despite the lack of a distinct plot, the movie manages to grip its viewer from start to end. Still I am left with the feeling that the movie could do with a bit less of the crazy sex scenes and more of the radio shows.

kadınla adamın ilişkisi bağ kurmamız istenilen duygudan çok uzak. korkak bir film yapayım kurtarayım kendimi metoduyla, o dönemin hiç bir duygusunu veremeyerek işin içinden çıkılmış.

the story is disjointed and the characters are over glorified. Stuff that happened may have seemed cool and avangarde in real life but they come off as tacky and pretentious in the movie. Soundtrack is probably the only reedeming feature of this forgettable film.

this time i took it personally...

this movie means nothing from a non-turkish person's point of view. don't expect anything about turkish culture. this movie is just about daily lives of people from modern turkey.

If you have a chance to watch it in your language subtitled or dubbed, you must definitely get it and at that time you will see what loosing it is in life.
