Killer Tomatoes Strike Back!

Goofy as all hell. 25 points alone for Rick Rockwell's fine collection of MC Hammer pants!

Look, I'm a sucker for the killer tomato movies. And although this is obviously the cheapest of the series yet - in budget, in plot, and in humor - I still had a fun time. There's plenty of laughs to go around and John Astin's Professor Gangrene is delightfully mad as ever.

Terrible.

Even though Rick Rockwell is hella cool, this is probably the worst movie of the franchise. And that's saying a lot.

Nobody asked them back but the tomatoes return anyway. This one's for John Astin fans only.

Why didn't I hate this? I'm sure Crystal Carson had something to do with it, but usually a (insanely) attractive woman isn't enough to make me enjoy a terrible film. So maybe this...isn't terrible? John Astin is having a blast here, was very happy to see him return. FT is back too, which I liked a lot. Rockwell is great & makes his character likeable after a while- he & Carson have really good chemistry too, which helps. I laughed at several bits. Would honestly love a blu-ray of this.
