I hate Kutcher and I hate Heigl. I hate this movie, the story, the stupidity, the stereotypical, whiny, 'perfect' woman being portrayed here by Heigl, the tanned, 'hot', clever, fantastic man Kutcher is representing. Fuck off. I have funnier and more interesting things than this movie floating in my toilet bowl after eating hot spicy food.

Glad to see Heigl failing so badly after biting the hands that helped her get famous.

Well, as a story this comedy action was a terrible let down, but I admit I was watching it because of Heigl and I was not sorry a bit: she is way better actor than Kutcher. And what a looks she's got here (like her body tight latex dress, grrrr). The film's story was improved after a breaking point, when there was some witty conversation about family and trust. But only for a while. Soon the script lost everything funniness.

The beginning is a pacing nightmare, and after that this movie is just simply boring. The action in it even seems boring, had it been written by an aptly talented person, the movie would have had a chance, but as it is this, movie is simply a hour and a half long pile of dull with some stupid for garnish.

Everyone wants to kill Ashton Kutcher. I guess that's what they call "realism".

The leads were awful, the first hour of the film was pointless, and there was almost no fun to be had while watching it. When the most memorable parts about a movie were the terrible special effects and a small cameo, you know you're watching something terrible. Killers was a complete waste of my time and I urge anyone contemplating watching it to consider watching something better. Or doing anything that could possible considered more productive than sitting there wasting you time. Please.

Starts out extremely rushed. They meet, go on one date, then suddenly they're in love & married. No time was taken to show WHY he would give up what he does for her. As the movie goes on, the premise only becomes more implausible. Ashton Kutcher is actually pretty good; not so much for Katherine Heigl.

Quite possibly the worst movie I've ever seen in a movie theater. Tom Arnold is a highlight, which should tell you more about the quality than anything else I could say.

It's not a flat-out terrible film, it's more like mediocrity all over the place.

This is 'True Lies'-lite, and barely a laugh squeaks through now and then. The storyline kicks into motion very awkwardly without really establishing a believable relationship between Heigl and Kutcher, and then we are ported 3 years later and expected to believe in these average-joe neighbor assassins coming after the duo. Is this comedy? I don't know, but I do know that it is very stupid, and that neither Heigl nor Kutcher add a winking charm to pull it together, and the action looks cheap.

Killers is a film I didn't want to watch but somehow ended up doing. I enjoyed Katherine Heigl in 'Knocked Up', but she is horrible here. And Ashton Kutcher just thinks he's gods gift and I've never liked in anything other than 'What Happens in Vegas'. Action and comedy aren't the easiest of genres to mix. And both elements here are awful. This is completely unfunny, uninteresting and in every way awful.

Like MR. AND MRS. SMITH, this was devised on the basis of the notion that dreary suburban audiences would love to see a fantasy about how, just below the surface of the tedious suburban lives of a married couple, there lies a whole other world of murder and intrigue in delightful contrast with their amusing squabbles. What the producers have in this case failed to grasp is that the dreary, tedious lives of their audiences could never be as dreary or as tedious as this film. Or as suburban.

Isolated, the scenes are okay, but Killers fails big time in trying to be both a rom-com and an action comedy at the same time. Especially as the comedy part of either is simply to poor.

The jokes misfire terribly, and the mixture of comedy and violence was unsettling. Katherine Heigl was good in Knocked Up but she better get her shit together because she was awful in this. Her beauty is stunning but her Heiglshtick is tiring. Ashton Kutcher is full of himself if he thinks he can pass off this crap onto people and get away with it.

WAY better than I expected. The chemistry between the leads is good, although she starts as a female rom com cliche. The action is for the most part very good. And Tom's tache is on point.

Ohmy! Just when you think Katherine Heigl has reached the lowest in her Career, out pops a stinker like this one! Admittedly, it is kind of amusing to watch the actress ATTEMPT to throw her best Lisa Kudrow imitation at the screen, but after about 15 minutes of The Killers, there's nothing that can be felt for Katherine but pity.

Another one to the "movies often come in pairs" theory... As a younger version of Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, in an almost similar plot story AK and KH shots and fights (Mostly verbally) their way through a surburban town, when AK's identity as a former hitman is revealed, and damn it it's lousy! At one point KH finds out she's pregnant and the second after she's craving crisps, she's blaming the hormones and her boobs are apparently bigger! It's cute, but it's WRONG! and the movie sucks!

"You could do far worse at the multiplex this weekend than Killers, a modestly pitched rom-com actioner that outdoes most of the competition on compulsive watchability alone." - Rob Humanick

The film's awareness of subterfuge and assassination as contemporary habit represents a change in how people perceive loving, citizenship and morality.

Senseless romantic action comedy about a beautiful nerd-girl who, on the rebound, unwittingly marries a CIA assassin with a $20 million bounty on his head. Katherine Heigl keeps right on cranking up the charm despite the hopeless situation and the narcissism of her co-star, Ashton Kutcher.

Sort of Mr and Mrs Jones set-up - the "assasin" plays as a more normal (flat) guy, which ironically works.

Action comedy about a man, formerly an undercover assassin, whose old life comes back to haunt him after he's settled down with his true love. Not long after Heigl and Kutcher meet in an elevator, they share this exchange. She: 'Huh-huh.' He: 'Huh.' She: 'Huuuuuh.' This is the language of love for two people coming out of a coma. I wouldn't blame Heigl if she decided to slip into one.

Saw this in cinemas when I was a kid, thought it was gleefully fun but then saw it again today, 11 years since, and I wondered why I enjoyed it in the first place. There was barely any action in the 1st hour, just bickering and useless talking.
