Knighty Knight Bugs

Bugs Bunny is and annoying character as is Yosemite Sam. This is one of their better outings, the dragon was a dumb character. The side characters in these shorts are what make or break them. The Humming sword was cool.

This one is really cool. The Yosemite Sam cartoons often feel like giant, empty arenas that only exist for Bugs and Sam to play around in, and having the dragon and the Knights and the singing sword in there as well brings the setting to life. Bugs being on a quest instead of just defending his territory is also a fair change that is fun to see.

Why is it that this is the Bugs cartoon that finally got an Oscar? (Thanks to Disney and Hanna-Barbera for undeservedly hogging them.) It's visually beautiful, but not particularly spectacular in any other respect.

Don't sneeze, you stupid dragon, or you'll blow us to the moon!
