Koi... Mil Gaya

Can't believe they disgraced a Kraftwerk song by sampling it for the theme.

This is one of those movies that are very difficult to rate. The story is very silly and insulting to the intelligence...but I can't hate it. Even Hrithik Roshan plays a role that is actually meant for him here ;). I guess I found the stupidity charming for a change.

There is an absolutely incredible Razor scooter chase in this movie. Otherwise, fucking garbage. Only in India will aliens arrive to the sound of OM.

Top badass moment? If Steven Spielberg made a musical, this would be it. It's ET meets Forest Gump, with song & dance routines, although the hero looks way too much like a cross between Rishi Sunak and John Rambo, which is a bit disconcerting. Like many Indian movies it doesn’t do anything it’s not meant to do and rips off little bits from loads of other films, but it’s done well. An ideal film for wasting Christmas afternoon after your eaten/drunk too much. No cats, chainsaws or decapitations.
