Funny and entertaining short

Making their big debut at the same time as the Lumières really took the wind out of the Skladanowsky's sails, but the Bioskop wasn't a bad camera, really. This is probably one of the best shots for seeing how good it could be at capturing motion, thanks to the acrobats' relatively smooth movements being so clearly set against the plain background. The lower framerate still makes it a bit jumpy to watch, much like the photographic flipbooks the Skladanowsky's started out with.
