Kurt Vonnegut: Unstuck in Time

Em honra do centenário de Kurt Vonnegut (em novembro). É uma bonita declaração de amor de um fã/amigo, mas ao mesmo tempo que sua melhor qualidade é a intimidade entre cineasta e objeto de estudo, também é aí que reside o problema, reverência demais acaba sendo indigesto em docs. Festival É Tudo Verdade.

Weide also puts himself in the documentary, and it's a good idea that doesn't feel like it works well for most of the running time. He seems to frequently set this aspect aside for long stretches of time, and I must say, I didn't miss him. But, in the film's final half hour, he ties it all together with some really moving thoughts about where their friendship ended up and what Vonnegut's absence means to him.
