Yeah, pretty sensual, but the most basic twist ending in film grammar.

I had to watch this in high school and I remember it being really cool. I'd like to see it again.

Well shot little story with an ending that gives it an extra kick.

Flawlessly orchestrated and executed. Shows how much can be said using very little dialogue.

That multi-sensory quality of the cinematography, and the kinetic energy of the camera is really engaging. Also, a very neat and satisfying short film; it shows you what shorts are supposed to be, in one way at least.

Haven't we all seen this? Still a memorable film, and perhaps the most influential short ever made

Actually saw this one first in junior high--before they finally released it on VHS as the Twilight Zone episode that it was.

Besides that weird song that's in the middle of it, it's a pretty good short with a solid twist ending.

Before I watched this film I read the short story and both are strikingly amazing. This is what good writting is made of.

It all came to an end after 8 minutes. Or...

Excellent design and direction.

A directorial triumph.

It was alright, but I can see why the Twilight Zone bought it. Equal parts cheese and quality film.

So, it was Earth all along. Really makes you think.
