The best of the 4 performances I've seen but I'm glad I'll never have to watch t again.

Mayol's "phonoscènes" were probably the best of the lot. In part, this is because he was one of the best singers featured; in part, it was also because his flamboyant mannerisms actually give the audience something to watch.
