Remake of Barbara Stanwyck's Ladies They Talk About (1933). Not nearly up to the standard of the great one, but Faye Emerson wasn't too far off the mark. Worse was her leading man Frank Wilcox, whom she had no screen chemistry with. A totally DUD pairing, which really helped this feel not special at all. The casting in general wasn't impressive here, meaning most of the movie relied mainly on Emerson, and Emerson alone.
