Lady of the Tropics

A movie about how interracial relations, as Robert Taylor falls for a half-French, half-Asian! A girl in Indochina played by by the lovely Hedy Lamarr. Regardless of the stereotypes, it was interesting the way they handled this world romance. They made it a lot more human then expected, though it's heavy on the melodrama. But there is no doubt Lamarr made an strong impression in those exotic settings. She was magical, even if a lot about Lady of the Tropics (1939) wasn't.
