L'amant double

The comparisons to Cronenberg and De Palma are more than fair- L'amant double takes a huge chunk out of Dead Ringers and steeps it in De Palma's goofy eroticism. I have a soft spot for this type of arthouse schlock, but it's essentially just a jumped up melodrama about pretty people fucking.

Silly, almost amusing. I like to imagine Paul Verhoeven and Brian De Palma watching this together.
