The helmers of The Adventures of Felix and Born in 68 return with a poignant drama centered around a dysfunctional family - how very French! Frédérick Muller is absent from his son Charles' funeral and questions arise. Charles' adult son is upset and as he confronts Frédérick, old secrets begin to emerge. Great performances and cinematography make the film bigger than the sum of it's parts.
