Le Témoin (1978)

The painter Antonio Berti is called to Reims by his friend Robert Maurisson to restore the paintings of the cathedral. Robert loves young girls, and he kills one of them. Antonio happens to be at scene of the crime, and his friendship with Robert will be put to the test.
