Pleasant surprise. It's a fairly normal western about the pivotal time around Texan statehood, but has a good trio in the cast with Gable, Gardner, and Crawford, plus a pretty delightful turn by Lionel Barrymore as Andrew Jackson in the first scene. Few surprises, but a good time.
