A stupid way to end an otherwise enjoyable series. To its credit, the supernatural subplot and the fight at the lake house are both excellent. But the conclusion, poorly shot and relying too heavily on a gimmick (skiing ninjas), is absolutely atrocious. Very disappointing.

Skiing ninja ending is admittedly stupid, but is exactly the kind of entertainment I was looking for in this series.

The end was over the top, but not in a good way and it was unsatisfying too, story-wise. But everything else was great. Definitively the most atmospheric movie of the series, mostly because of the supernatural element.

Its a shame the series ended with this to be honest, it is so far beyond ridiculous (even compared to the rest of the series) that a lot of it is pretty laughable. Still, there was a good atmosphere building up in the first half with the whole "Five Wheels" technique thing. What a long way down from Baby Cart to Hades....

The sixth and final film of the series is a bit of a let down, but still good. I tried to keep track of the number of people Itto personally kills in the final battle, and lost count somewhere around 65. Comic book violence on an epic scale.

You've gotta respect a series that waits six movies to introduce zombies.

Starting the last film in the series, I hoped this would pick up in quality after the dull fifth film, bringing in a supernatural angle and the infamous title of having one of the highest body counts in cinema. Sadly it's an anti-climax, one that is exceptionally weak as a single film, despite its best parts, even if a seventh had existed. After the great beginning to the series, it sadly stumbled from the fourth film onwards.

Maratona Lobo Solitário em honra de Kazuo Koike (1936 - 2019) filme #6. Aqui se encerra uma das melhores séries do cinema, mas você leva certa mágoa porque ele não matou aquele Odin filho da puta. Box Versátil.

A nice change with the supernatural twists but unfortunately it has an anti-climactic ending. What a poor way to end an otherwise fantastic series.

I did not know that Edo-era Japan was the origin of downhill skiing. Learn something new every day, huh?

A few good scenes of swordplay, but the story is bogged down with nonsense and supernatural stupidity. One good nude scene, but the entire story is badly tarnished by a horribly stupid plot and utterly inane dialog. This seems to be the beginning of the end of an otherwise decent series. Fighting dead zombies, snow tunneling, ski battles was pretty sad. Subtract all the nutty stuff, and you have only a couple of good fight scenes and plenty of red paint splattered around.

First, we have a knife-juggling female assassin who plonks knives right into the top of men's skulls. Then we have burrowing zombie warriors who kill candy vendors. It all leads to a climactic battle featuring samurais on skis. If this doesn't sound awesome to you, then I probably don't want to know you.
