An animated/live action concept that works better than it should, with spoofs of Bond films etc, but the script still unfortunately lets it down. Nice cameo from Heather Locklear but Steve Martin totally hams it up.

Surprisingly enjoyable, appropriately looney, and a more cohesive plot than Space Jam, though sometimes a little dumb in not-so-good ways. The Warner Bros. and other movie references littered throughout are worthwhile, and oh my lord a Ro-Man cameo! Overall, a pretty good flick.

Better than Space Jam, but still a ridiculous Looney Tunes movie. They're such great characters, why can't someone make a good movie with them?

Genuinely silly. Mildly entertaining slapstick fun. Great cameos but don't look for a lot of plot here. It's a cartoon, remember it's a cartoon.

Not many laughs but the abundance of gags and references account for plentya dum grins :-D The chase through paintings by Dali, Munch, & Seurat (guess which) is amusing and even beautiful, a nice way to use the budget and scale to show the audience something new with established characters and style (slightly derivative of, among other things, that one episode of THE SIMPSONS, but more money does aid the effect). I try to forget that I'm attracted to Jenna Elfman but then it's like okay, yeah.

Constant sexualization of women: check. Terrible song choices: check. Horrid action sequences: check. This is a 2000's family movie alright. It's not without its charms as well, besides all that, but I truly did not care for it. It's also quite boring, to be honest.

In young age i really admired Looney Tunes cartoons and laughed myself to pieces. So, for me the idea to put toons and real people to the same picture, is not so appealing. Its is not the same. Then again, was great to see known toons on screen, making looney things.

Somehow this is not just worse than Space Jam, it's far worse . Back in Action has me longing for Michael Jordon's horrible acting and off-color jokes about cartoon sex-appeal.

Looney Tunes: Back in Action is a odd ball of a film. The human characters don't hold it together all that well with the exception of a wildly hilarious Steve Martin. The animated characters however, are exactly how they should be. Madcap, zany and hilarious. Not to mention very well animated and integrated.

Looney Tunes ended Dante's career as a studio director, which was unfortunate because it's an entertaining tribute to these animated legends that is only really let down by a chaotic script that is unnecessarily cluttered with cartoon cameos and convoluted plot points. The mix of live action and animation is colourful and smoothly rendered. Fraser and Elfman are likeable, and there are a few good scenes, especially the one where Daffy and Bugs leap in and out of classic paintings in the Louvre.

Looney Tunes: Back in Action lives up to its name. There are enough explosions to rival a Michael Bay atrocity; luckily they fall nicely in place with all the classic Looney Tunes' gags, hijinks and throwbacks. This film is chock-full of references and jokes, and had me laughing out loud a few time. Steve Martin's performance was severely over-the-top, but by the end of the film you wouldn't want it any other way. In the end, it's silly fun, that is good...just not as good as Space Jam.

A poor attempt at recapturing the magic that classic cartoons hold for anybody who was once six years old. Even with a host of big name actors, Looney Tunes does not mix with live action.

Joe Dante and Looney Tunes are a match made in heaven. It's a little light on plot but so are all the Looney Tunes movies. Manages to be very true to the Looney Tunes spirit.

Joe Dante is on his game, and Brendan Fraser does physical comedy better than anyone working today. Fraser also did the voice of Taz!

The one word I would describe this film is "Ballsey." A modern Cartoon/Live action film with classic cartoon characters? Watching this was like watching a swinging trapeze artist juggle flaming chainsaws. It dances on the line of being horrifically terrible and actually quite funny and a nice homage to cartoons of old. It sways a lot, teetering on the edge but it's actually not bad even though you watch through the gaps in your hand, afraid to take it away in case it plummets to its death.
