Lost Boys

What a disturbing piece of cinema. It's not a movie that will make you feel entertained or happy or positive, but it will grant you some perspective of what having a 'normal' life constitutes to someone else. Effectively brutal, raw, depressing and disgusting, it's not a movie you want to see, but you somehow need to see, anyway.

Harsh and disjointed, which suits the subject matter perfectly. Surprisingly capable visually and in the more fictional part.

A dirty document about the search for the long lost friend was ugly and off-putting. But that was the point. That was the roadmap for a search for the prostitute loving junkie in the Far East. The text by Joonas was well voice-overed by Pekka Strang.
