Sophie Marceau is really pretty.

Pitch guy: Hey, I've got a great idea! Let's cast David Spade as the leading man in a romantic comedy! Producer: I'll do it, but only if we find a female lead that makes him look like the homely dwarf he is. Pitch guy: DEAL!

Funny is not dependent on swearing or how loud one screams or how loud one curses, David understands this so his refreshing reactions make for some good laughs. The picture as a whole is occasionally weak although straying from the plot for a joke is a welcome relief from pictures that take themselves too seriously.

David Spade is a dick. Or at least he plays one. In every role he's in. This movie has his least likable, most annoying character to date.
