Love Letters

JLC's performance is worth a look, and the amount of skin she puts on display will certainly make a good few people happy, but overall this didn't do a lot for me and I wish it did. I found the editing to be a little confusing in spots, the execution of the premise not what I'd hoped for, and the narrative overall just missing a little something. Still, it's fun to see more of Amy Holden Jones' work, especially with it being such a contrast to her most famous piece.

Amy Holden Jones and Jamie Lee Curtis attempt at distancing themselves from horror. This is a forgotten 80s drama that is a fairly earnest look at infidelity that has a strong performance from Curtis. It is Corman produced so you have nudity for the sake of nudity but the performances make this work quite well.
